Today was our last day in Honduras and we concluded the sewing ministry project with the many women who traveled to Tegucigalpa to create vestments to beautify their churches and glorify God. It was an incredible experience to see what wonderful altar cloths the ladies had made. As we blessed the altar cloths, Pastor Chris read Psalm 100 and reminded us of how this work would help praise and worship the Lord, and what a powerful ministry these ladies were doing. After sharing ideas for the future, many hugs and a few tears, the ladies left to return to their homes. Here are some pictures some their amazing work; we will let the pictures speak for the dedication and love for the Lord these women have.

The rest of the day was spent in celebration together as a team – we enjoyed lunch and then a cultural day in Valley of the Angels and had a celebration dinner with many of our new friends (trip leaders, translators & their families). We will head home tomorrow after worshipping at the Honduras UMC National Headquarters. As you can imagine, will be leaving a piece of our hearts with the people of Honduras – what a wonderful experience! We encourage all to come see the great work God is doing here.

Dios de bendiga!
