Today was our last clinic here in Honduras. It was bittersweet to say goodbye to our Honduras friends that are now a part of our family. As the clinic was breaking down a women was carried into the church that was in noticeable distress. Thankfully our team acted fast and got an IV in her with fluids. It was quickly decided that she needed more than we could do and she was taken to the hospital with the aid of our team. While we waited for some of our teammates to get back we headed over to another school to talk about the importance of good dental hygiene and handed them all new toothbrushes. We can’t believe that we are already done with our time here but we all feel closer to God and the spirit that was undeniably with us every step of the way.
