We have all had an amazing day! On Sunday we were up early for a 7:45 church service with the Bishop, we then attended a township service. After the 2nd service we were given a tour of Downtown Pretoria and we had the opportunity to see where the current president lives. All this took place prior to our evening worship service at the Westview Methodist Church. Let me tell you attending a township service is an experience that everyone should have. For one thing you lose track of time, instead you find yourself being consumed by the amazing music and worship environment. You feel refreshed, energized and ready to take on whatever comes your way. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality that we all received at each of the services that we attended. We were also able to tour downtown Pretoria and saw the 9 meters tall statue of Nelson Mandela at the Union Buildings, overlooking the city.
