The morning was spent at Ditshego preschool either painting, organizing materials or assisting teachers with the children (playing games, singing songs, or with the lessons). These thankful and happy souls will leave a mark on all of us!
We spent the afternoon training teachers in either ELL or computer skills. Once the lessons were over, we spent the evening exchanging stories and experiences with members of the Elim Church, Westview Church and the board of Ditshego. These brothers and sisters in faith spoiled us with traditional South African dishes like chicken feet, cow heels, homemade bread, soup, pastries, sausage, chakalaka and more! The best part was being able to spend time with these amazing people and see how God is working in all of our lives around the world!
