The Omaha mission team left the Kansas City area Thursday afternoon, traveling separately from various points of origin. Most of the members stayed at the Elkhorn Hills First Methodist Church activity center, with others staying at local hotels. Tara (group leader) kept everyone updated on arrival times and arrangements. Nicole, Ashley, and Lincoln had a great time playing basketball in the huge gym before lights out.
