We hit the ground running Tuesday and saw God working right off the bat! We safely flew from KC to Atlanta last night, ate late night pizza, and rested up for our busy day of travel. We got up and made it smoothly through the crazy Atlanta airport with no hiccups and made it safely into Tegucigalpa. The Lord provided us with safe travel, friendly interactions, and an incredible first day.
After arriving in Tegucigalpa, we met up with our wonderful translators and had a fabulous lunch where we got to experience our first taste of Honduras. We fueled up and made our way to the city of Danli, which is about three hours from the capital city. We experienced the beautiful mountainous land, saw the craziness of the city and traffic, and saw the tight knit houses lining the mountain side. After our adventurous drive to Danli, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner crafted by Carlos and enjoyed our devotionals sitting in the warm Honduran air. We are beyond blessed to serve as the Lord’s hands and feet in this beautiful country. Our team is excited to hit the ground running first 
thing tomorrow morning as we set up our health fair in El Obraje. We are praying that the Lord transforms our hearts and lives as we share His goodness to the sweet people of El Obraje.
