To pause in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the airport all around us to remember what we are about to embark on and to know that God will be with us every step of the way was amazing. The comfort that comes from being able to stop everything and to be able to just enjoy the spirit is the best way the start out on our journey to Honduras. Our flights were uneventful, as was the process of grabbing all the bags and getting to our transportation team. We headed to the best spot for lunch called Pollo Supremo. After filling our bellies, we headed to Ciudad Espana to meet with the Juan Wesley school where we were overfilled by the love of the Honduran people. The gratitude of the people was extremely refreshing. To be surrounded by love, gratitude, and god rejuvenated our souls. Feeling the exhaustion from the long day we headed to the mission home where we had devotional, reflection, food, and bed!
