The morning prayer reads: “God, you have placed me in this moment to be in Christian relationship with the people here – your children. Help me to see the beauty and talents that you placed in each person here as I seek to get to know them as you know them.” Some experiences are obvious and some are really easily missed. As I look around at all God has created mixed with how busy and fast paced we are, it’s no wonder how so many experiences are easily missed.
Today some of us traveled to the schools to do fluoride treatments and dental education. While we were there it was easy to see through God’s eyes all the beautiful Honduran people. The smiles that light up the children’s faces as we walk into their classrooms makes you feel so loved. It is truly one of the beautiful gifts that God has given the Honduran people!
