We had a great last full day in Honduras. We packed up and left Danlí and headed to Ciudad España to visit our partner school there. Jack even got to meet his sponsor child and his family.
After that, we had a delicious pupusa lunch (They are tortillas that have meat and cheese baked inside) and shopped in Valle de Angeles. We had a celebration dinner with our team and the team from RezWest. In our final debrief time we revealed who are prayer partners were and shared about what this trip has meant to us. I am continually impressed by the maturity and depth shown by this awesome team of young people.
Tomorrow we travel home. We fly out of Honduras at 1:00 pm our time. After a layover in Atlanta, we arrive in KC at 10:56 pm. I look forward to seeing you then!
